Caja España-Duero (officially Caja Investment Spain, Salamanca and Soria, Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad) was a Spanish savings bank created in January 2010 as a result of the merger between Caja España and Caja Duero.In 2011 Caja España-Duero created Bank Caja de España de Inversiones, Salamanca y Soria (Bank CEISS) by segregating financial activity and its assets. On March 28 of 2014, Unicaja Bank completed the purchase of Banco CEISS making it a subsidiary.
