UniCredit Bank started its operations in Latvia in 1996 as AS "Vereinsbank Rīga" and was renamed to UniCredit Bank in 2007. UniCredit Bank offered a broad range of corporate banking products and services to local companies and subsidiaries of international companies. In 2013 UniCredit Bank was acquired by Swedbank.
