Established in 2010, FM Bank was a Polish universal bank, providing retail banking products and services to natural persons and SMEs. In 2013 FM Bank was acquired by Polski Bank Przedsiebiorczosci SA and in 2016 changed its name to Nest Bank.

FM Bank S.A. participates in the deposit guarantee scheme of Poland which applies to deposits in all the accounts made by natural persons, legal entities and covers up to up to 100,000 EUR per bank per depositor. FM Bank S.A. is a member of Bank Guarantee Fund (BGF) and makes its contributions into it.
