In February 2015 The Royal Bank of Scotland announced changes to its business strategy to allow RBS become a more focused bank that is sustainable in the long-term. At the same time RBS announced that it's going to re-focus its transaction banking services on its home market capabilities in the UK and Ireland. In this context RBS Bank (Polska) SA was closed.
