Previously operating as SNS Property Finance B.V., Propertize B.V. provided commercial property finance services, in particular management of commercial real estate loans and real estate owned assets. Propertize’s portfolio consisted of offices, residential, retail, semi-industrial, and mixed use properties. On 30 June 2014, following the request of Propertize, Dutch Central Bank (DNB) withdrew the banking license of Propertize. This decision was made because Propertize could not comply to all the requirements of a banking license. Propertize started to wind-down its property and property finance portfolio.
