ASA Banka d.d. Sarajevo was established in 2016 through the merger of Moja Banka d.d. Sarajevo and Investiciono-komercijalna banka d.d. Sarajevo. In November 2021 ASA bank acquired Vakufska banka and in March 2022 - Sberbank BH.
