Jadranska Banka was founded in April 1957 as Komunalna banka Šibenik. Jadranska Banka was a universal bank, significantly contributing to economic and social development of Šibenik-Knin County by providing retail and business banking products and services to local individuals, SMEs and companies. In April 2019, Jadranska Banka was merged into Hrvatska Poštanska Banka.
