#1: Raiffeisen Bank JSC

Raiffeisen Bank (formerly Raiffeisen Bank Aval) was established in 1992 and since 2006 has been a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International (Austria). Raiffeisen Bank offers a broad range of modern banking services in retail, premium, business and corporate banking.

Raiffeisen Bank JSC is the 1st largest bank in Ukraine in terms of total assets. In 2023 its total assets were 844,41 bln UAH, providing the bank with the market share of 21.58%. In 2023 the bank's net income was 4 781,25 mln UAH.

#2: JSC CB "PrivatBank"

Established in 1992, PrivatBank became on of the first private commercial banks in Ukraine. In 2016 PrivatBank was recapitalized and nationalized by the government of Ukraine. PrivatBank operates as a universal bank, offering retail, private, business and corporate banking solutions to individuals, entrepreneurs and companies.

JSC CB "PrivatBank" is the 2nd largest bank in Ukraine in terms of total assets. In 2023 its total assets were 735,28 bln UAH, providing the bank with the market share of 18.79%. In 2023 the bank's net income was 37 764,69 mln UAH.

#3: JSC "Oschadbank"

Oschadbank (the State Savings Bank of Ukraine) was founded in 1999. Oschadbank is a universal bank with a diversified profile, including a growing market share of the retail segment, an established SME segment, and a customer-oriented corporate business. Oschadbank is the only Ukrainian bank where deposits of individuals are fully guaranteed by the state.

JSC "Oschadbank" is the 3rd largest bank in Ukraine in terms of total assets. In 2023 its total assets were 607,45 bln UAH, providing the bank with the market share of 15.53%. In 2023 the bank's net income was 4 752,26 mln UAH.

Founded in 1992, Ukreximbank (The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine) is focused on providing financial solutions to support export and import activities effected by Ukrainian enterprises and enjoys unique experience in the Ukrainian market in various areas of export-import banking, including documentary business and trade finance.

JSC "Ukreximbank" is the 4th largest bank in Ukraine in terms of total assets. In 2023 its total assets were 263,71 bln UAH, providing the bank with the market share of 6.74%. In 2023 the bank's net income was 5 217,47 mln UAH.

#5: JSB "UKRGASBANK"

Established in 1993, UKRGASBANK is a universal bank with a focus on green finance. UKRGASBANK is a state-owned banks with the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine holding 95% of share capital. UKRGASBANK serves individuals, corporates and SME customers.

JSB "UKRGASBANK" is the 5th largest bank in Ukraine in terms of total assets. In 2023 its total assets were 175,81 bln UAH, providing the bank with the market share of 4.49%. In 2023 the bank's net income was 1 936,42 mln UAH.

JSC "FIRST UKRAINIAN INTERNATIONAL BANK" is the 6th largest bank in Ukraine in terms of total assets. In 2023 its total assets were 153,33 bln UAH, providing the bank with the market share of 3.92%. In 2023 the bank's net income was 3 955,27 mln UAH.

JSC "UKRSIBBANK" is the 7th largest bank in Ukraine in terms of total assets. In 2023 its total assets were 142,45 bln UAH, providing the bank with the market share of 3.64%. In 2023 the bank's net income was 4 340,97 mln UAH.
