Registering on ePayments system can be done on ePayments website (for personal or business accounts) and using ePayments mobile applications for iOS and Android operating systems (only for personal accounts).
Proof of Identity. Depending of the client's country, ePayments accepts the following documents: international passport, national ID card, driving license.
Proof of Address. These documents are accepted as a proof of address: utility bill (gas, water, electricity, landline, TV or fixed internet), bank statement or credit/debit card statement, registration page from national passport along with photo page.

  1. Receiving country and currency.
  2. Payment method. Some payment methods and faster than the other. For example, card payments are normally instant, while bank transfers take longer.

ePayments offers sending money from a sender's ePayments account only.
So, to be able to perform a transfer, a sender should first open an account with ePayments and deposit enough money to this account.

Receiving Methods

ePayments Account
ePayments offers instant transfer between ePayments account holders.
Bank Account
Transfers from ePayments accounts to bank accounts are available for Verified account holders only. Funds sent via SWIFT take 1-5 business days to arrive. SEPA transfers and transfers in local currencies are received within 1-2 business days.
Bank Card
Transfers from ePayments accounts are available for Verified account holders only and are supported for the following card types:

  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • MIR
The transfer will be credited to the recipient’s card from several minutes to a period of up to 5 working days.
Mobile Phone Accounts
Transfers from ePayments accounts to mobile phone accounts are available for Verified account holders only. Transfers to mobile phones are sent in Russian roubles only, therefore funds in other currencies will be converted to roubles when sending. Transfers are carried out within minutes, and are available for Russian mobile operators only.
